About us
After the company IPS-Fest GmbH in Sinzig closed, some colleagues came together and founded the company CG Tek GmbH. CG Tek was created out of the desire to make decades of experience and know-how available to our customers again and to continue to keep the reliable thyristor devices up to date with our customers.
Our team can produce both the transformers and diode/thyristor units identically for your devices based on a template. We as CG Tek GmbH have a partnership agreement with Fest GmbH (parent company of the former IPS-Fest GmbH) in order to offer spare parts, repairs, services and also new buildings.
What we do
We are familiar with all devices from RGB Heythekker, Befeld, IPS-Fest and of course a large number of their former competitors and our team has already put these devices into operation worldwide and, if necessary, repaired both their components and the rectifier. With our workshop equipment, our team can carry out all necessary repair work as quickly as possible.
Service offer
CG Tek always relies on professional workmanship for all rectifier devices. We repair all brands and offer you an all-round service for your device. This includes, among other things, repairs and maintenance, on-site service as well as component repairs such as transformers and thyristor units.
Spare Parts
If you need spare parts, then call or write to us, please provide all the necessary device data and, if possible, pictures of the nameplate, the rectifier and the affected component.
Service
If you have a defective rectifier and need support, call us and then send us the completed service request. We will then try to arrange an appointment with you as quickly as possible. Of course, we need all the necessary device data and, if possible, pictures of the nameplate, the rectifier and also the defective component.
MAINTENANCE
If you would like to carry out maintenance on your devices or just have the status determined, perhaps even introduce your own employees to thyristor technology, then please contact us or send us an email.
New Projects
Our core competency is the production of rectifiers using thyristor technology. Thanks to the very high productivity of our machines and our team, we help our customers to cover global needs and secure their locations.
